Moonlit night over a horizon

Walking around a store, I saw a pack of watercolours which reminded me of my days in Junior secondary school art class. I decided to buy the watercolour and make some paintings. Here's the second painting I made with the water colour. It is supposed to be a starry, yet moonlit night with mountains in the horizon and a river below.
